Returns

We have responsible quality control and minimal risk of defects, despite this, we consider it obligatory to inform you about the rules for returning products with manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defect is:

- the product does not correspond to the order;

- the dimensions of the product do not correspond to those specified in the order;

- the material of the product does not correspond to the order;

- the product is damaged.

If you find a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If for some other reason you decide to return the product (for example: the design did not fit), then a refund is not possible. We are happy to exchange your product with another product from our store.

Customized products, which include products printed, made-to-measure or special order, cannot be refunded or exchanged except manufacturing defect.

Our policy is valid 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your product.

​

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Package returned by a courier company from a customer due to not being accepted at the target address can be re-sent at the customer expense. Refund for the returned package that is not the fault of the sender can be issued in full for stock items only less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
